Description
A study of Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah collection of Water Jug Filters and seals that were used to cool drinking water in the summer in Egypt and other eastern provinces. This study is divided in two parts. The first part accentuates the importance of the city of Fustat, and the second discusses the window collection at DAI.
