Description
Our hand-tooled Generosity box is made of nickel-plated brass, exclusively for DAI in India. It is adorned with etched elements that are enamel painted with the Arabic inscription: al jud min akhalq ahl al janna wa al salamah barakah – Generosity is a quality of the people of Paradise, and good health is a blessing. Inspiration object: LNS 1093 C, an earthenware bowl with a highly elaborate inscription in Kufic script from the 10th or early 11th century, Eastern Iranian world.
