- Product delivery is free for purchase over 30 KWD
- Delivery within 5 working days after date of purchase
- Currently delivery is only available within the State of Kuwait. Any other arrangements, please contact us directly
Return / Exchange Policy
- You can return / exchange your purchase within 10 calendar days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
- To be eligible for a refund / exchange, your item must be unused in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Refunds, exchanges and returns can only be done in person at our shops
- Refund amount will be made via the original payment method used, excluding delivery charge within 14 days
