This linen cushion cover is made in India, exclusively for DAI. Using “Dori work”, a form of Indian embroidery for the design inspired by LNS 282 S. A marble jali screen, carved in two planes wherein the background plane consists of rows of lozenges, and the foreground of an eight-pointed star and swastika meander.India, probably 14th century AH/20th century CE.
