Description
This cotton cushion cover is made in India, exclusively for DAI. The design is embroidered with the satin-stitch, inspired by LNS 282 S, a marble jali screen, carved in two planes wherein the background plane consists of rows of lozenges, and the foreground of an eight-pointed star and swastika meander.India, probably 14th century AH/20th century CE.
