Description
This table top frame is made of nickel-plated brass with a solid wood back. Made exclusively for DAI in India it is etched with the design inspired by LNS 282 S, a marble jali screen carved in two planes wherein the background plane consists of rows of lozenges, and the foreground of an eight-pointed star and swastika meander. India, probably 14th century AH/20th century CE.
