Description

This interlacing brooch is Inspired by the centre motif of a gold filigree rosette. Made exclusively for DAI, it is 24K antique gold plated over pewter.

Inspiration Object: LNS 21 J with a four-partile interlacing design. The technique used may present an outgrowth of the earlier Fatimid tradition. Syria or Egypt. Last half of 14th century CE.
